I had an amazing stay in this hotel surrounded by nature, close to the volcano. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was complete and varied, with many options. Also, the hotel facilities were clean and well-kept.

The view of the volcano was breathtaking and the forest surroundings were mesmerizing. the staff was attentive and helpful in providing excursion information. the facilities were luxurious and the pool was great for relaxing after a long day.
The food was not up to par with our expectations. We were disappointed that the dinner choices were limited and the buffet was not as good as the menu items.

What a way to start the new year! The natural surroundings were breathtaking and perfect for outdoors activities. The breakfast spread was complete and we enjoyed having comfortable beds and heated rooms at our disposal after a long day of exploring. The staff were welcoming and attentive, even offering to dry our wet clothes after a sudden rainfall.
Considering the remote location, access road and entrance were really difficult to navigate. We were disappointed with the limited dinner options and the dining experience fell short of our expectations. Despite the outdoors activities, the noise level during the night disrupted our sleep. such situations made us feel we weren't provided with enough amenities and proper information about the available dining options.
